Snape is redeemed many times over. Snape didn't get a 'redemption' arc, he was just the " twist" of the story. Draco did have a bit of one though, he seemed to grow into realizing that Death Eaters were not something to aspire to, but to loathe. Draco deserved a redemption arc because he had a bad environment growing up and is a child.
