Head up the left stairs and run into the room past the poison. Loot the area, there is a [DEANS STASH] behind the sofa. Go out on the balcony and across to the other room and loot, then head down the stairs and head back to the large courtyard just before you went down the alley. Now follow the courtyard south.

My computer is WELL PAST the recommended requirements for both Fallout 3 and New Vegas, and no matter what I do, it still lags in many areas of the game. When building your deck, take all four 10's, 9's and 7's. These three cards add up to 26 when played together. That will leave you with 12 cards. Pick 18 other cards to make 30 in your deck. Now, in the first round, discard all the non 10, 9 and 7 cards until you get three 10's, three 9's and two 7's in your hand.
I downloaded each as they came out and noticed if 3 or 4 dlcs are installed at once the framerate drops frequently. Turning off all the autosaves and always save to a new slot instead of overwriting seems to fix it, at least for awhile. Edit: Try putting your PS3 in recovery mode and use the Restore File System option.
